Policy If you are dissatisfied and would like a refund, we will provide a refund with no questions asked. We will refund you for the unused portion of your listing or subscription. For example, if you purchased a 1 year listing and 6 months have passed, we will refund the remaining 6 months. There is no cancellation fee. We will assess each refund request on a case by case basis. We will offer a friendly reminder if you would like to renew again after 3 months. Doing the right thing Our professional staff strives to do the right thing. We respectfully do not provide listings for descriptions that we deem as inappropriate. Privacy We do not sell your contact information to third party companies for solicitation. Our technology staff continuously seeks methods to prevent our customers from becoming spammed and seeks methods to prevent security breaches. Although we utilize third party reporting tools to determine the number of visits, we are not able to provide the domain names, company names, address, names of persons, or who had visited your company profile page. |
